Locations of archaic stones of Genshin Impact and how to use them

The update 2.6 has just published and presents a completely new location called The Chasm, full of new elements to collect and new missions to complete. One of these new items is a stone that you will need to extract. Here are all the archaic Stone locations and how to use them in Genshin Impact .

Where to find archaic stone in Genshin Impact

Archaic Stone can only be found at The Chasm, which is the new area located on the southwest side of Liyue. It is directly to the left of Lingju Pass and Qingxu Pool on the map.

To be more accurate, this image of GenshinimpactMap will show you the exact places to which you should go to find the stone:

As you can see, there are not many stones to collect, but most can be found at Fuao Vale north, and the rest is along the exterior of The Chasm in a spiral.

It is the same bluish purple stone you receive at the end of Act II in Zhongli's Story Quest. You can see an example in the outstanding image at the top of the article.

How to use archaic stone

Archaic stone finally has a use after that search for Zhongli. Go to the first point of teleport route from The Chasm, just near Glaze Peak. Once there, talk with a NPC called munning to start your series of missions. It is directly south of Teleport Waypoint on the map.

As you progress on the Missions Line, you must bring Archaic Stones to munning for the Says HE WHO SEEKS STONE. That is currently the only use for stones, which is probably the reason why there are so few to extract in The Chasm.
