Dice sets the cards from Battlefield 2042 on diet

DICE has proposed its next changes to Battlefield 2042 after a phase of community feedback, and the large-scale shooter essentially carries out an intense weight loss program.

DICE Learns

In the last feedback session, players gave their thoughts on the state of the Battlefield 2042 cards from a blog post from DICE outlines all intended changes. First, it will improve the crossing of the card - something that has perceived players due to the size and layout of some cards and lack of vehicles as extremely lengthy.

Dice essentially tries to reduce the size of two of the most problematic cards, kaleidoscope and renewal. Conquest points are taught narrowly so that they are not as far apart, and parts of the cards are revised to make clearer and more comfortable ways to every goal. However, the example specified in the blog post seems to indicate that DICE will do this by completely snaping certain areas. A previously-after-screenshot shows that most of the buildings were redistribution center of Renewal, um, renamed... in another kingdom. It is not clear if this is an isolated case or whether Dice plans to be quite liberal with the use of his in-house infinity Gauntlet.

Even if the size of the cards seems to shrink, DICE also promises to add something and take away. It is said that each card will add much more cover and sight line blockers, especially around the new conquest points that will create it with all this flag motion.

Today we attach to our nuclear feedback discussion on maps that we have shared with you at the beginning of this month for the first time

There will also be changes to the vehicle spawn rates. While it is not possible to record more vehicles in the mix, DICE will reassemble some as means of transport, which you should make available in the game free.

What attack vehicles concerns, now, they are generic. Since the gameplay with 128 players can be a bit "chaotic" with targets, DICE will reduce the number of tanks, helicopters and other attack vehicles, which can be on the battlefield at the same time, from three to two. Your cooldown also increases.

You can assume that these vehicle changes take place in the next update that is just around the corner. The extensive map changes for Kaleidoscope and Renewal will appear in Season 1, which is now officially (probably) the longest expected first season of a game of all time.
