Pokemon Sword and Shield Guide - Fossil Pokemon Combinations and Battle Point Farming
Find rare fossil Pokémon and take part in the Battle Tower to get great rewards.
As with previous games, pokemon sword and shield has a number of different fossils to discover. Each game has two different fossil species for a total of four and you can be found in the Wild Area. However, you need a little help.
In the wild area there is the digging duo, two characters for which you can pay 500 W. After you have found a fossil, you have to see Cara Liss. It is located on the Route 6 and can win a Pokémon through the combination of two fossils. Here are the combinations required to obtain a specific Pokemon along with the type of each pokemon:
- Arctozolt (bird fossil + dino-fossil) - type ice / electric
- Arcovish (bird fossil + fish fossil) - water / ice type
- Dracozolt (Drake Fossil + Dino Fossil) - Type Electric / Dragon
- Dracovish (Drake Fossil + Fish Fossil) - Water / Dragon Type
None of the fossil Pokémon can develop, remember. To get one, you have to swap with someone fossils that owns the other game version, as with previous games.
